śloka 11 and 12
cintāmaparimeyāṃ ca pralayāntāmupāśritāḥ |
kāmopabhogaparamā etāvaditi niścitāḥ ||16-11||
āśāpāśaśatairbaddhāḥ kāmakrodhaparāyaṇāḥ |
īhante kāmabhogārthamanyāyenārthasañcayān ||16-12||
Translation
Oppressed by boundless cares lasting until death, regarding enjoyment of sense-objects as the supreme goal—these demonic people are of the firm conviction that "this alone (is truth, happiness)". Bound by hundreds of bonds of hope, under the sway of desire and anger, these people strive to amass wealth unjustly for the fulfilment of sense-enjoyments.
