1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing The Nitya Gita app or theNityaGita.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Intellectual Property

• Scriptural Text: The Sanskrit slokas of the Srimad Bhagavad Gita are in the public domain.
• Original Content: The specific audio arrangements, synthesized meanings (Bhashini/Aryan), and the "Peacock and Wood" visual aesthetic are the intellectual property of the developer.
• User Creations: You own the videos you generate using our tool for personal use. However, re-selling our proprietary audio meanings as standalone products is prohibited.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to download one copy of The Nitya Gita for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

4. Donations & Payments

The Nitya Gita is currently a donation-supported project. Donations made via UPI or other third-party platforms are voluntary and are used to maintain server costs (Cloudflare/R2) and the $99/year developer overhead. Donations are non-refundable.

5. Disclaimer

The materials within the Digital Sanctuary are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or reliability of the translations, as they are synthesized using AI tools.
