Translation

۔۔۔ 8 جی۔ 23. ای منھنجا یار! مان توھان کی اھو وقت ٻڌایان ٿو جنہن ۾ یوگ جیڪی جسم (رستو) ڇڏی چڪا آھن اپراورتی ۽ (یا) بار حاصل ڪندا آھن۔
