۔۔۔ 6 جی۔ 11. پنھنجی سیٽ کی مقرر ڪرڻ سان نہ وڌیڪ بلند ۽ نہ ئی تمام گھٽ، پاڪ (صاف) زمین ۾، ڪش، چڑیا گھر ۽ ڪپڙا ان تی 2. 62 اتی (آسن ۾ ویھندی) ذہن تی ڌیان ڊنو، ذہن ۽ حواس جی عملن کی قابو ڪندی پاڻ کی پاڪ ڪرڻ لاء یوگ جو مشق ڪریو۔
