۔۔۔ 8 جی۔ 28 آ۔ اھو سڀ ڪجھ (ٻن رستن جو جوہر) ڄاڻڻ سان، یوگی ویدن ۾ ذڪر ڪیل سڀنی سٺی میون-اڀیاس، قربانی، تپسیا ۽ خیرات کی پار ڪری ٿو ۽ آدیا (دائمی)، اعلی مقام حاصل ڪری ٿو
