śloka 7
pārāsaryavācaḥ sarojamāmalaṃ gītārthagaṇḍotkadam
nānākhyānakakesaraṃ harikathāsaṃbodhanabodhitam
loke sajjanaśatpadairaharahaḥ pepiyāmānaṃ mudā
bhūyadbharatapaṃkajaṃ kalimalapradhvamasi naḥ śreyase
Translation
The lotus flower which is the Mahabharata, may it fill our impurities with the pure nectar which is the words of Vyasa, the son of sage Parashara; the fragrance is that of the Gita; the lily petals are the various narratives, the well-told stories of Bhagavan Krishna; the bees which are the beings of the world come and drink the honey every day.
