Translation

جیڪو ہر روز گیتا پڙھائی ٿو ۽ پرانایام ڪری ٿو، ھن جی پوئین جیون جا گنھ بہ تباھ ٿی ویندا آھن ۽ نوان گنھ پیدا نہ ٿیندا آھن۔
